Pacific Northwest native lowland conifer reaching 120-200′ tall, common in wet habitats. Fast-growing, with dense root systems for erosion control. Provides important wildlife habitat and shade for streams. Our plug stock was selected for best resistance to bud worm, and low-elevation for restoration plantings. Tolerates salt spray in shoreline plantings.
